"Liked Songs" playback

I'd like to play my list of liked songs in alpha order. You'd think it would be as simple as sorting in alpha order and playing the first song. That's it. Nope, seems to think I want to play all the songs from the first artist???? Going to queue occasionally works

Hey @gslayman, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You should be able to sort your liked songs alphabetically. When you click Liked Songs, locate this: 

Then, click that again and it will sort alphabetically. There's also some more info on sorting and filtering your tracks here. Let me know if that does the trick.

Billy-J, thanks for the reply. I've been using Spotify since 2014, I've sorted my 7000+ song list, a lot. It will not play in alpha order unless I start playing the list and then select Queue. But this only works about half the time. Spotify has become much less user friendly in the past 6 years.
