My Question or Issue

Every time I click on the 'Your Library' tab on both the Windows Desktop App and the WebPlayer, I see my library flash up and then immediately disappear with a message coming up saying "Something Went Wrong". This has been happening for months, across multiple devices and multiple web browsers.

 

Yesterday I sat with the chat service for hours, being handed from one person to the next as the issue wasn't being resolved, despite the team trying hard to help (thanks to all who did). The issue was resolved initially only for the desktop app, but now is not working again. I cannot access my library anywhere except on my iPhone App. It seems to be an issue with my profile (?!), and it is really really frustrating.

 

Please can someone on Spotify's side take a look and get back to me with a solution.

Hope you're doing great!

 

It seems there might be something blocking Spotify.

Have you tried with different networks or Spotify accounts?

Are you using any firewall or anti virus program that might be interfering with Spotify?
