rearrange own playlist is no more possible.

I tried all tips from spotify and other users how to reorder my playlist (set playlist or own playlist , filter column to custom defined - it simply does not work as it did in older days...why?)

Thanks for reaching out. Can you let us know exactly what happens when you try to rearrange the playlists? Is it not possible to drag them up or down the list? What device exactly are you using? Some screenshots or a video would also really help us understand the issue.
