spotify can't play this now

A friend shared a playlist. some of the songs are gray and can't be played. If I doble click on one of them a message (on windows pc) says "Spotify can't play this now".

If I search the song I can play it but not from the playlist.

How can I solve this issue?

Can you tell us if this happens only with that one playlist or also with playlists created by you or by Spotify?

Also, does it happen across multiple devices?

The proble is still there. It happens with this playlist only and on all my devices. I asked to other people that received this playlist and suffer from the same problem. It should be playlist related

Thanks for confirming! 

Can you ask the creator of the playlist if the files that appear unplayable by you and the other friends are local (imported from your friend's PC to Spotify)?
