AN ERROR OCCURRED

AN ERROR OCCURRED

Everytime I open my Spotify on my 6, whether its on my Wi-Fi or on my LTE, I get a message saying an error occurred in every section, except for playlists. The app has become unusable because I can only access my playlists, and only the ones I have saved offline. This is very annoying, and if it is not fixed I am canceling my subscription. Even if I click the "try again" button, it goes back to the "an error occurred" screen. Its terrible, I have 3 gb of music saved offline on my phone and if this error occurred issue is not fixed I am canceling all of it. Nothing works at all. I have tried the hard reset, deleting and reinstalling the app, resetting my account - everything. I am not dealing with this anymore. Fix it or say goodbye to a customer of 4 years.

Does restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on screen make any difference? Also before restarting your phone keep it off like 10 to 15 seconds then power on.

Tried it multiple times with no luck.

Let's try to uninstall and reinstall by following the tutorial below:

https://support.spotify.com/uk/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Then do like 5 to 10 cold restarts, and we can hope it starts working. Sometimes these bugs are very random.

If that's not working then we should continue our conversation in this thread:
