Hi, i have problem with premium i bought premium but in my app have just Free... some photos here... what i think... premium acc will start after 30 days or what?

Hi!

When you go to the Spotify support page it says this:
We're currently experiencing issues processing new Premium subscription applications. We're looking into it. Stay tuned for updates.

I think this could be your problem.

Ok i must wait or? What we think 1 day 2 days?

A few minutes ago Spotify released the news that everything should work now again. Maybe this is it for you too?

Not working.. ๐Ÿ˜ž what can i do? Can i see inmy app my premium somewhere?

I think you should contact the Spotify support when itโ€™s not working.

And how problem can i write .. my english is not verry good.. 

I think you can write something like this:

 

Dear Spotify team,

I just subscribed to Spotify premium but itโ€™s not working when I try to use the app. It says that Iโ€™m on an free account. 

Could you please check whatโ€™s wrong with my account?
