After hearting/liking a song in a playlist, the subsequent played song(s) show as “liked”

After hearting/liking a song in a playlist, the subsequent played song(s) show as “liked”

After hearting/liking a song in a playlist (ie discover weekly), any subsequent played song(s) show as “hearted/liked” in the UI. Upon clicking the already filled in heart to “unlike”, a UI message appears indicating that song is now added to “liked songs” and the heart remains “liked”/filled in. Clicking the heart once more removes from liked songs and resets the experience.  This seems to only occur when the next song is manually triggered via the >| button, and not when the song automatically progresses to the next song when the current one ends.

Basically, the heart is filled in despite the song not being on the “liked songs” list yet. This only happens after liking the previous song.

Hi there @Tarogers87,

Interesting. Could you try signing out from the app (Settings > Log out), then logging back in to your account as this triggers an internal refresh that may help here? If possible, try logging in on another mobile device (a friend's or a relative's would do) to check if the issue persists there.

It's worth clearing the app's cache by going to Settings > Storage > Clear cache, if you haven't already. You can also try reinstalling the app to see if that does the trick.

In case the issue still persists, please share a short screen recording that captures the described behavior in action so we can have a direct look at what's happening on your end.

Keep us posted.

Cheers!
