AirPods 4 active noise cancellation and Apple Watch series 10

When I try listen a song with my Apple Watch series 10 and AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation, the song starts to sound slow and ends up being cut off. If I use it with out active noise cancellation its works correctly. And if I use iPhone with active noise cancellation its works correctly too. I uninstall app of Apple Watch and install again and don’t work. Please, I need help

Hey there @Agoodtype

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Could you check if the same happens with other streaming apps as well or if it happens only with Spotify? We'd also like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.

On another note, would you give a different pair of headphones/earbuds a go to see if the issue persists?

We'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello,

The AirPods and the Watch are new, so I haven’t been able to test with other updates. This only happens when you use the noise cancellation on the headphones with the Watch; if you turn it off, it works correctly. It works fine with other apps, and if you use Spotify on the iPhone, it also works correctly.

I already exchanged the AirPods for a new pair at the store, but the same issue kept happening.
