Albums on PC Spotify not on ios Spotify

Solved!

Albums on PC Spotify not on ios Spotify

I've used PC spotify eversince it was first released, but I recently have got Premium and have started using my iPad and iPhone to listen to spotify. Two albums (Pass the Jar, by Zac Brown Band, and Living for a Song, by Jamey Johnson) are available on PC but are not availible on either of my iDevices. I'm frustrated to have signed up for premium and not get all the content that I expected.

What country are you in?

It is likely that the artist or their music label has decided to remove it from Spotify.

It can take a while for the app to update and detect that it's no longer playable.

The availability of songs on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.
Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.

Living for a Song is currently only available here:

  • Austria
  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Switzerland
  • Germany
  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • Hong Kong
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Iceland
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • Malalysia
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • New Zealand
  • Philippines
  • Romania
  • Sweden
  • Singapore
  • Slovenia
  • Turkey
  • Taiwan

Pass the Jar has been pulled from Spotify by the band/their record label.

I have same problem with multiple albums. My mac say's it is on my music; but i cannot see it on my ipad.
All the albums I save now on my ipad are not saved (this is NOT about offline, just 'my music').

I did a reinstall of the app on te ipad; but the last storred albums are not on my music list of albums. I cannot get any album on it. It says it is saved, but it isn't.

Is there a possibility to mail spotify DIRECTLY? I cant find a helpdesk.
