All 49,000 liked songs reset to 0

Device: iPhone 12

Operating System: iOS 17.3

I have been using Spotify since 2016 and have accumulated 49,000 liked tracks. As of two days ago after redownloading the app, Spotify now shows I have ZERO liked songs which is absolutely impossible.. I have tried logging out of all devices, clearing my cache and at one point it showed I had 29,000 tracks but now it’s back to 0.

Please tell me there is a solution and these tracks are not actually deleted forever….

Hi @babaramboss

This behavior sounds strange. Are you sure you're logged in to the correct account? Do you see your Liked Songs in the web player?

If not, someone may have access to your account. I recommend resetting your password.

There is a way to recover your account to a previous state. You'll have to contact Spotify Support.
