All songs completely greyed out

My Question or Issue

Previously had a three month premium plan, few days after it ended I realized I couldn’t listen to spotify AT ALL. All songs are completely greyed out as if I’m offline, I tried data, home network, it still states that simply playing the playlist is a premium option. When I mean all songs, I mean ALL songs, even the playlists that spotify themselves create. I tried to create another account and I can play music just fine. I’m sure it is not a device error as I tried on both my iphone and my ipad. Is my account disabled? I never received an email though. PS I did install a spotify mod previously when I owned a android.
