An Error Occurred

Hi,

I have a problem on my iPad air (running iOS 12, but this has been happening since before I updated) when searching up stuff in Spotify. Whenever I type in a song, an artist, user, etc., it gives me the message "An Error Occurred", no matter what. It also gives me that message whenever I try to access my profile. I have force quit the app, restarted my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, logged back out and logged back in, even created new accounts to see if anything will work. The search tool works fine on my desktop and phone, it seems to be just the iPad that has this problem. It looks like other people have also reported this issue, and I've tried the solutions that they suggested, but nothing works. Any ideas?
