An error occured: TRY AGAIN

An error occured: TRY AGAIN

I keep getting the message "An error occured: TRY AGAIN." I tried updating the app and my iOS. I deleted the app and insalled it agian. I also tried reatarting my iPad. Nothing works. Spotify plays just fine on my Samsung Phone, just not my iPad. Please help!!!

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble!

 

If this is still happening, could you let us know:


- The exact version of Spotify you're using
- The exact version of iOS you're running

- Do you have any low power modes, or cache-clearing apps enabled when this happens? 
- Does this only happen on a specific section of the app?
