App and web browser not playing anything.

App and web browser not playing anything.

Music and audiobooks are not accessible on app or web browser. Already tried troubleshooting with clearing cache and redownloading app, updating app, and more.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one? 

 

If it only happens on a specific device, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know what exactly happens when you're trying to listen to music or audiobooks? Also, would you mind checking if giving a different internet connection go makes the difference?
