App crashes when I try to sync songs from laptop

I was having trouble syncing music from my laptop to my iPhone, but I found out I could sync songs by playing them on my laptop then pressing ‘switch to iPhone’ On the available devices tab. It worked for a whole, but now when I try switching from laptop to iPhone with an unsynced song the iPhone app crashes.
