Artist won’t play

A few days ago I got a new iPhone. I downloaded Spotify from the App Store and logged in on my account that has a premium subscription. I have a playlist with almost 500 songs, and every song is downloaded so they are supposed to work offline. Every song works except from one artist, and this artist can I listen to on all other devices except from this phone. This really bothers me, because I have tried everything but nothing helps. I have tried to uninstall the app, I have tried to log in and out from the account, I have tried to play songs from the artist outside of the playlist but it still does not work. Can somebody help me with this?
