BMW Carplay - sound level of Spotify

Hi All,

Does anybody have the same experience with BMW & CarPlay. I have a BMW X2 from 2 years ago. And the Spotify via Carplay works fine, but the volume is very very low. The normal sound level is already nice & clear and high on about 10-15% of maximum sound level. This for DADB radio. When I use Spotify, I need to listen at about 60% of maximum sound level to have the same. 

Does anybody else have this experience? Or a solution ?

Yes, there have been reports from some BMW owners experiencing lower volume levels when using CarPlay with certain audio apps, including Spotify.

Does this happen when playing audio from any app via CarPlay or only when playing audio from Spotify?

This is only via Spotify,  all the other apps work normal, like WAZE. The message from WAZE are played with the correct level. Only Spotify is like very very low.
