Been Charged twice and don't have premium still

Been Charged twice and don't have premium still

Spotify Charged my debit card twice and I don't have premium on my card. Can I get a refund or something? This is terrible customer service just saying.

I had it a while ago then last night I set up the student discount and it
said that it couldn't verify me. Then I checked my bank account and said it
charged me twice for premium but my account still says free.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/.

So if it's just pending will it not go through and I'll get the money back?
