Browse not working iphone or ipad

Browse not working iphone or ipad

It worked on my iphone yesterday, did an ipad install today and when you click a genre in browse nothing loads...please help!

The same thing happens on my iphone now... It just gets stuck on the screen as per my attachment. I have tried all genres..

same here, it used to work in the morning but now it's gone.

 

 

Glad it's not just me it worked last night..

Are you still having issues guys? 

 

If so, can you try reinstalling the app and see if that makes any difference?

I have the same problem. I have tried to reinstall but it is not working.

Exact same here, reinstalled and still nothing. I have an ipad air wifi running 7.0.4.

Also tried installing on my wife's ipad 4th gen, she's never had the app and even with a new install and register ing a new user it's still blank for the browsing tabs.

Any help would be awesome, bad part is I was just about to show her how awesome it is over other streaming apps.

It worked again for a bit last night but the problem has resurfaced today. Have tried uninstalling logging out etc

It is random problem , it appears an dissappears.

Hello I have the same problem. I have spotify since yesterday with a telekom premium account in germany on my iPhone. At first the browse function worked, but last night when I opened it, the loading time was long and then the funcition 'Browse' was away from the left side and now its gone!! I tried to reinstall but nothing worked. How can i fix this??

Spotify are working on an ongoing issue with the Browse tab, keep an eye over on this topic for updates guys.

I have the exact same problem on my ipad. I'm running iOS version 7.0.3.
I am running spotify app version 0.9.1.230.

I have another ipad with the same iOS version and updated the spot iffy app to the latest version (dec11 release on App Store), but still have the same problem.

I think the new update or what ever spotify did on the server side broke the browse function.

When you go to browse, any category you choose, shows blank. Even clicking play doesn't do anything.

It's broken and the previous poster linked to another topic. Unfortunately that is unrelated issue and the solution there has nothing to do with this problem.

Unless spotify developers acknowledge the issue and fix it, we are all doomed! I am beginning to wonder if it is time to look at rdio or beats music..
