Bug to Synchronize PC local files on iphone app

Bug to Synchronize PC local files on iphone app

Hi everybody,
I have added local mp3 files to my playlist on my Windows Spotif app.
I can see the names of these files on the playlist on the Spotify app on my iPhone, but when I try to play them, I have a message saying : "Song not downloaded. If you own this song, synchronize it from your computer" (translated from French).
When I click on the button "More information", nothing happens and the message just vanishes.
When I click on the download button (the circle with a down arrow), it becomes green but nothing happens although my iphone and my computer are connected on the same network. My songs are never synchronized on my iOS app and I can't listen to them.
What else do I need to do?

Hey there @Nirrey

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

Just to confirm, have you already tried storing the local files on your iPhone? If not, make sure to follow these specific steps to do so.

If those steps don't do the trick for you, could you send us a screenshot where we can see how the local files are displayed on your iPhone? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

We'll be on the lookout.
