Bug when using with new Twitter update

Bug when using with new Twitter update

Twitter's new update allows users to post videos. When I was browsing Twitter, while listening to spotify, I came across a video and clicked the video. The spotify audio paused, and the video played. I watched the video until it finished and exited the video...I went back into Spotify and clicked play and the progress bar and duration label would update as if it were playing, but there's no audio from the track.I've tried to replicate it multiple times and it would happen 100% of the time. I'm not sure if this is a bug on Spotify's side or Twitter's side.

This bug is not necessarily due to twitter app. It stops like it should when all new audio starts, but the bug where it stops playing is a bug in the app and I believe the developers are working on a fix. To get music to continue playing either swithc to the next song (Works 50% of the time for me) and if that does not work double tap homebutton and sqipe up on spotify app closing it then reopen and play music
