Can only shuffle playlist and not choose my own music that I want to listen to from my own playlists

I can only shuffle play and cannot pick my own music from my playlists that I want to listen to. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and tried using my account on another device.

Do you have Spotify Premium? On mobile devices, on-demand listening is a Premium only feature I'm afraid.

I have premium, still can only do shuffle play since last week. Really annoying

I have a problem with the shuffle that won't turn of - next step is to cancel spotify until they sort it out. So many people having the same problem yet spotify have not come up with a solution for the fix. Some people say press the I icon during play and turn it of from the menu, I don't even get the I icon?
