Can't download music from Mac to iOS - 2019

Device: iPhone 6s

Operating System: OS X 10.12.6

I'm trying to download local files from my desktop to my iPhone. Despite following the online directions perfectly, the local files don't show up on my phone (see attached image). There's no download button. 

Both my phone and desktop are on the same wifi, both have the most current version of Spotify, they are supported file types, and I have tried to reset both my desktop and iPhone. 

I'm completely out of ideas. Any help at all would be deeply appreciated.

It seems like you're having a small connectivity issue.

Please visit your account overview at Spotify.com and press "Sign Out Everywhere".

After you've signed out of all devices, sign back it and let me know how it goes.
