My Question or Issue

I happily used an old iPad for music.  Last week, my iPad was trying to automatically update and crashed hard, so I was forced to restore it as a new iPad.  My iPad is too old to run iOS 10+, but Spotify only runs on 10+ levels, so I can't install the latest version of either.  The old version was working perfectly fine prior to the machine crash, but now I can't download an older version of Spotify for the iPad.

Following one of the solutions, I am not able to install an older version of iTunes on my MacBook Pro, so I'm stuck in version **bleep**.

Hey @bc_raleigh,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Unfortunately, if your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements, it won't be possible to use Spotify and access Spotify content through the Spotify app or troubleshoot it properly.

You can always check the current system requirements here.
