Can't listen offline with Premium

I have premium since the 18/08 and normally you can listen offline with premium but i don't
What is wrong or what do i wrong?

The function offline mode doesn't stand by the playlist

Hey Vienna!

Make sure you are following the playlist you would like to save offline. To do that, open a playlist, scroll up a little and click 'Follow'. After that the 'Download'-switch should appear. Let me know how that works out! 🙂
