My Question or Issue

I am trying to set up Spotify on my new iPhone however the app won’t log in via any of the available methods. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried the clean reinstall which didn’t work either, still getting this message. 
I know it’s not an issue with on my end because I can log in on safari and on my iPad.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

 

Since you're able to log in on the browser, can you log in with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the error persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.  

 

It's also worth trying to connect to a different internet/mobile network to check if there may be an issue with it.

 

If you still get any error messages, please share with us the screenshots so we can take a look at them.
