Can't log on with I phone 5

Can you be more specific about your problem:
- Can you login on other platform;
- Do you get an error message;
- Did you sign up with Facebook.

If you created an account via Spotify.com (So not with Facebook), use as username your created name, not your e-mail (very common problem w/ other users).

I have tried changing password
-I have a premium account
-I also obtain an error 403
-I am obtaining message that I am not recognize by logging in by Spotify application on th I phone or by the Web site

-By Facebook I obtain a message that I am already logged in

Hmm... Could you try to login using your Facebook e-mail address and Facebook password in the Spotify app?

Sorry for the late reply! 

If I'm right you've created an account via Facebook, and currently having premium. 

I suggest you delete the app and re-install it. the same with the Facebook app. 
Also try loggin in on Spotify via the desktop app or play.spotify.com !
