Can't login using iPhone app

I currently have a Spotify Free account that I'm using on my desktop PC, no problems there. So today I installed the Spotify app on my iPhone 6, and I can't login using the app, but the desktop version plays fine. Whenever I tap on either CREATE NEW ACCOUNT or LOGIN, nothing happens. The buttons blink as they register my finger tapping the button, but no login form and I'm stuck on the opening/splash screen of the Spotify app. I have tried to re-install the Spotify app, but nothing changes. Is there a way around this problem???

The same thing continues to happen to me, but does not work, even after uninstalling and installing again. If you know the answer to this problem, please help.

So I've been in contact the Spofity support team, and this is what solved my issue.

First check to see IOS version is the lastest, apparently I was running 10.3.2 and my phone didn't notifiy me of a minor update. So I upgraded the IOS and rebooted the phone (turn it off, wait a few seconds, turn it back on). Then I was able to login, and use the app.

So maybe you can just solve it by trying to reboot the phone first.
