Can't logon via iOS app

Can't logon via iOS app

I have a new account I can access via browser (log in and out, play music).  However, I can't logon to the iOS app.  Keeps telling me I don't have an account.  I try using both email and username, neither works.  Tried changing password several times, still nothing.  Tried sending a support request - still nothing.

 

Anybody here able to help?

Hey @sofarnogood, help's here!

 

Sounds odd. If you're seeing an error code when trying to log in via your iOS device, we'd suggest having a quick look at the tips in this article.

 

If you're still not having much luck, we'd suggest a reinstall of the app. Once that's done, try logging in again with your username and correct password, checking that you're typing it case-sensitive. Also make sure you're trying it on a WiFi connection.

 

Ensure that you don't need to click 'Log In With Facebook' if your account's a Facebook-created account.

 

If you need to reset your password again, you can do so here.

 

You mentioned that you've already sent a support request. Whether that was via Twitter, Facebook or email, rest assured that someone should be in contact with you shortly!
