Can't play any songs on my phone

In the last month I’ve started having problems with playing songs on my phone. At the beginning it usually played one song, stopped and then I had to manually press play for the next song to play. During the last week I was able to play only certain songs, no matter the offline/online mode or whether the song was downloaded or not. Now I cannot play any songs on my phone.

I tried to log in/log out, also delete and then re-download the app, but nothing worked

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but we suggest making sure to follow these steps. Those are for a clean reinstall, which is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

If that doesn't make any difference, could you try logging in to a different account, like a friend's or relative's, on your phone to see if this behavior persists? This would help us narrowing down the possible cause of the issue.
