My Question or Issue

Whilst having Offline mode on, songs won’t play. Only when having the mobile internet access on, the music will play.

I downloaded a lot for my holidays, to save data. Unfortunately, Spotify has used 10GB in past 9 days.. 

Is this a known issue?

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community. This doesn't sound right at all and we'll be happy to investigate further.

You should be able to download songs for offline listening with the steps here. You need to make sure that the playlist is properly downloaded - A green arrow  indicates that everything  was successful.

 

If you experience issue with your playing your downloaded songs, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. Performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here should help solve this.

 

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.
