Can't play offline

When I select a playlist to play offline it does not load the songs to enable them to be played offline, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and it is still not working

Yes, I upgraded to premium yesterday tried to get my playlist available offline but it wouldn't do it reinstalled the app and it still wouldn't work

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
