Can't see my Artists list

Brief description of the issue:
When I select Artist in the list, I get an empty view saying that I have no Artists and it offers me to Browse some. Wrong. I have a ton of artists saved. I just can't remove the filter I have selected before frome that screen. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1- Go to my Artists list, you will see it full of your artists here. 
2- Now pull the list and access the filter menu. There press the Downloaded option. Now you will only see the Artists you have downloaded into your device. 
3- Now, delete the artists you have downloaded.
4- Move to another menu, Songs or Albums, for example. And then back to Artist. 
5- You get an empty screen saying that you have no artists and it offers you to Browse some. And i can't get into the filter options anymore to remove the Downloaded option.

I have had this problem for MONTHS. I assumed it was a scam for us to be forced to search new music but it is getting verry annoying. I cannot see my music sorted by artist and cannot listen to my saved music from a partcular artist.
