Can't share on iPhone

I'm logged onto Spotify with Facebook. So is my friend. We're also each other's friend on Facebook, if that matters. I can "send" him songs via the web version of Spotify but when I go to share and "send to" on the iPhone app, I get the "no users found" thing, i.e. it does not find anyone in the search results.

Like I said, the web version works just fine but the app is not. Anyone have a solution for this?

Please, try logging out/in or reisnstalling the app.

I had already logged in and out, so I reinstalled. I found out, however,
that the reason the search list was coming up empty was because, the first
time I logged in with the Facebook account, I chose "not now" to the option
of finding your friends on Facebook. That was the reason.

So, for anyone having this problem in the future, make sure you let the Spotify app
"find" your friends.

I never used FB with Spotify. No solution for me.

I'm also having the same problem, it works perfectly fine on the computer, but when i try on the IOS app it never works no matter what. Did you ever find a solution?

I created an account rather than using Facebook since my facebook is deactivated

I did not. I tried on the very latest beta as of today, and still nothing. Something is fundamentally wrong with my account.
