I signed up for Spotify premium yesterday before realising that it was more expensive to upgrade in-app. I want to make sure I cancel my subscription before paying ยฃ12.99 AGAIN but there doesn't seem to be any way to stop it?

When I try and report a problem via iTunes the link doesn't work. I have emailed but not heard back... When I log in here and try to update my details it takes me back to the same page so I am going round in circles.

It is driving me mad! It tells you to stop the subscription but there is no way of doing it.

I would really rather have a refund as I haven't been using the service whilst trying to sort this out anyway...

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. You subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you have trouble you need to contact Apple.

Thanks! I have at least managed to switch off the auto renewal now.
