Hmm, that's not right! Alright, first up, a reinstall! Here are some instructions on how to do that. Let me know how it works out!

Have reinstalled 3 times and hard reset my phone. I have over 1 gig space on device.

I can download tracks offline but when I leave Spotify and go to another app then go back in ALL downloaded tracks / albums are not available offline

No reply 😞

Help!

Hey @user-removed!

Hi hello have done this and still no fix.

I download albums then exit the Spotify app and go back in and the albums are not there to listen to in offline mode (no green arrow).

Any ideas please?

Hey @user-removed!

How much space do you have left on your device? Could you maybe take a screenshot of your Storage info? (Settings > General > Storage and iCloud storage).

Thanks, have a nice day! 🙂

Hey @user-removed!

Could you try to delete all the devices from this page and try to download your tunes once more?

Thanks, happy holidays! 🙂

Thanks but still happens.

Once I come out of Spotify app then back in all offline playlists disappear 😩

Still no joy 😩

Hello so today there is a new issue it now states I do not have any storage to download tracks even though I have 1.54 gig.

Any help is VERY much appreciated.

Best,

N

Hey @user-removed!

That notification means your Library has reached the limit of 10,000 songs. You can support the idea for that limit to be increased here. I also think you may have reached your offline track limit, which is 3,333. Could you remove some songs and see if that helps?

Hi I have no tracks or albums saved.

Does this limit reset? It will only let me download Spotify Discover Weekly would that indicate I have reached the limit?

Thank you.

Nick

Hey @user-removed!

That notification means your library is full. You can review the songs/albums in your library, in the library tab. Make sure you're not trying to download more than 3,333 songs. Let me know how it goes.

Just to clarify, now I have reached this limit I will never be able to use offline mode?

If so I will be cancelling my account.

Gutted I have always raved about Spotify, this is hugely limiting (sad face).

Thanks for all your help.

N

Hey @user-removed!

You can still use offline mode, just with a limit of 3,333. If you remove some songs you don't listen to anymore, you can download others instead.

Happy new year! 🙂
