Cant access Local Files via iphone 5C

I haven't had this problem for long, i've tried a fresh install on my mobile, but it seems like its just not there.

So whats happened is, I can see the 'local files' on my computer, all the songs are on there. And when i play them the phone recognises them, i can skip and repeat and everything, but on my phone when i go into playlists, i only see tjhe public playlists i've setup.. "Local files" isn't there, even though its dowloaded into spofyfi i cant access the playlist??

Anyway yea i've just tried to clean install, log myself out, remove all my devices and re-insall from App store, that didn't work.... the 'local files" is still missing from my playlist section.

Any help with this issue would be great

Can you check the info over here? Also, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

yea thanks for responding, i've looked at this and done it, they are both on the same network, but I cant see Local Files anywhere, its not in playlists on the app, only my local playlists i've created are visable
