Cant use spotify on mobile internet only on WiFi

Hey. Please go to Settings and scroll down until you see Spotify. Check if you have cellular data enabled for Spotify.

I also have the same problem on my IPhone 7. I double checked if offline mode was turned off and if my cellular data was enabled for Spotify. Afterwards, I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify and it worked for about 5 minutes before the problem happened again. I was in the middle of watching a spotify video when the app crashed and upon relaunching the app, I could not go to browse or radio saying that I was offline. I then proceeded to restart my phone. On the bottom of my screen was the connecting icon but no matter what it would not connect. The issue gets fixed instantly when I connect to wifi but it goes to "connecting" the moment I go onto mobile data.
EDIT: I installed a VPN application and turned it on over cellular and Spotify worked! You just have to restart Spotify. Don't know if this is a permanent fix.

Yes i know i tried everthing the problem is with the simcart/provider i have called hours with spotify Apple and my provider but no one ever seen the problem

The weirdest thing is that my spotify account works fine Every where accept on my phone with my number /sim of i use another sim/number in my phone i can connect to spotify no problem ?
