Certain Songs do not play at all on my phone

My Question or Issue

When I try to play certain songs they appear normal (not grey) and simply do not play. The text does not turn green either, like when it plays. The “Now playing” tab at the bottom disappears as well. Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin did not work so I had to look for another album that it was in to be able to play it. Taste by Tyga is another song that isn’t working. I have restarted my phone and reinstalled Spotify, but the issue is still there.

Do you mind asking a friend to log in on your iPhone and see if they can play those songs?

If they are able to do so, then there's most likely an issue with your account. In this case you can go ahead and create a new account and transfer all your saved music and playlists by following the steps in this Spotify Answer.
