Content Skipping Ahead Constantly

My Question or Issue

All content (songs, podcasts, etc.) skip when connected to bluetooth. Skipping is constant, sometimes with content cutting in and out, speeding up randomly, or pausing altogether. Sometimes I'll miss an entire song due to the audio cutting in an out/speeding up. The last post I saw on this was from 2017 and the issue was never addressed. Some people were able to fix it by factory resetting their phone. This is not an option for me. I have tried a full wipe and reinstall of spotify several times to no avail. This started a little over a year ago and I thought it was just my phone, but even after getting a brand new from the factory phone, it is still an issue.

To continue investigating this case, would you mind checking if connecting your phone to a different Wi-Fi network makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use your mobile data to test it. 

Also, could you confirm if this happens with all Bluetooth devices you've tried or just a single one? 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
