DOES NOT SHOW NOW PLAYING. Cannot change or pause music

Someone pleeeeease help.. since Spotify doesn’t offer phone support and ther website is all over the place. When I play a song in a playlist I have no option of seeing Now Playing. Nor can I pause or change the song... it’s super annoying and I have done a hard reset of the phone, checked for updates, and deleted and re downloaded the app. AND I pay monthly for Premium

Could you let us know the following info:

• Does this happen over WiFi, 4G or both?
• Does this happen when you log into your account on other mobile devices?
• Does this happen if you log into another account from your iPhone 6?
• Could we get a screenshot of exactly how it appears for you whilst a song plays?

We know it's not ideal, but we'd like you to try another full clean reinstallation of the app and check for an iOS update in Settings > General > Software Updates.

Let us know how it goes, and send us that info above. We'll continue to help out.

I don’t have 4g on my phone. It happens over wifi and with music downloaded with no wifi. 

I haven’t logged in on a different device. 

I attached a screen shot. A song is playing from the playlist in the back ground. 

It cannot he changed nor paused.
