Daily Mixes Disappeared

My Question or Issue

Daily Mix list kept showing under names other than my own. Now only 3 Daily Mixes are showing. I’ve logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted phone.

It's confusing that on your 'Daily Mix,' it keeps showing on names other than your own. Also that you have only three. Have you scrolled down to the 'Made for You' place? It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot as well.

Thanks for your reply.

I have been using Spotify on a premium account for over 2 years, so it's
not that I'm too new...

Under my "Made for You" section, I have Daily Mix 1, 2 and 3. Under my
"Jump back in" section I have Daily Mix 4, 5 and 1, so they're
there somewhere!

The random names have stopped showing up since I logged out and back in.

I'm not sure what screenshot would be useful?

I only really listen to the Daily Mixes, so I'd like to get this rectified
ASAP!

Hmm...

I think if you want to put your Daily Mixes into one playlist, so they're all together. (I'm not sure if it still updates or not, I don't check my Daily Mixes that often)

I was confused about what you meant in the "Random names," so I asked for the screenshot, and it's good to hear that the names stopped showing! ^^

Good idea to save the Daily Mixes in a playlist, I’ve liked the ones I have
access to, so I can find them in my liked playlists at least. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out about this. 

Would you mind letting us know if you're able to see all your Daily Mixes in the same place after performing a clean reinstall of the app? This could be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send over the exact Spotify version you're currently running?

Thanks for getting back to us. 

Could you send over a picture where we can see how your Daily Mixes are currently distributed? Just attach it to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor.

If possible, could you try logging into your account using a different device to see if you can replicate this?

Also, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their personal account using your phone to see if they can replicate this?

It’s causing me issues as I can’t find the Daily Mixes.

Unfortunately I don’t know anyone else with a Spotify account that I can
use...

Could you clarify for us if this started happening after a particular event? Such event might be for example a recent upgrade to Premium or updating your Spotify app. 

We also need you to explain to us in a deeper detail what random names exactly you do mean. Let us know where you see those random names as appearing and whether you mean the artist names or your own username. It'll also be very helpful for us if you can mark them on a screenshot attached to your next reply.

I've had a premium account for around 2 years and I can't remember when I last updated as it's automatic... 

I've attached 2 images showing the random names. They're not showing anymore, but only 2 of my Daily Mixes are showing today.

Now we can clearly see on the screenshots what you mean by random names appearing.
