Deleted Spotify off iPhone, Now Can't Login

Hi.
I somehow managed to delete Spotify from my iPhone a few days ago and couldn't remember my password to log back in. I therefore did a password reset which allows me to login online fine.
However, when I try to log back in to the app on my iPhone I get an error message that says something like "an account is already registered to this email address."

Anybody able to help please?

make sure you're logging in not signing up, also if there's a link in the email directing you make sure to go to that. I hope this helps!
