Disliking On iPhone and Windows 10 Different / Dislike Button Not There Anymore

My Question or Issue

I've had Spotify Premium Student for about 3 days now. Before having Premium, I could happily dislike any and all songs, albums, and artists I so chose! But now, it seems, (on my phone) I can dislike artists, but not individual albums and songs, and (on my laptop) I can dislike songs, but not individual artists and albums, and can only do this (dislike songs) in the "Discover Weekly" playlist. I won't call it quits on Spotify if the issue doesn't get fixed, due to the fact that it's more a minor inconvenience for me than a huge problem, but, still, it is annoying. Any reason as to why this discrepancy exists and/or how to fix it?
