Does iTunes backup songs I saved on my iPhone?

Hi. Thanks for reading this. If I saved 2000 songs on Spotify premium for offline listening on my iPhone, when I connect my phone to iTunes and it backs up my phone does it back up all the 2000 songs too as application data?

Your iPhone's back up is not related to your Spotify's offline content.
