Download does not show on full albums on family plan 3rd user

Hi Community,
The 3rd user on my family plan has an issue with downloading full albums on iOS.
The download toggle shows up for all other users just above the list of songs under an album, but does not for this particular user.

The user had a previous non premium account which we recently upgraded thorough a family plan. Has plenty of free space on the iPhone. And... for playlist even for him the download toggle shows up.

We have signed out/in multiple times, and have re-installed the Spotify app as well.

If anyone has ideas, would appreciate some support.
