Download won't start

Helo I'm using spotify version 5.7.0.1055 on my iphone 6s+. I have spotify premium, however when I turn the download switch on, not a single song starts downloading and I can't play any song offline. I have around 3gb free.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
