My Question or Issue:  I have songs and playlists that i have donwloaded.  They will not play in off-line mode and when i go to play a song or shuffle a playlist it says "I have discovered a premium feature".  I already have a premium plan.  I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app but nothing is working.  what can i do to fix this issue.

It seems like the account is indeed free.

It's sometimes easy to create a second account and log in to the wrong one by mistake.

 

Please first visit your account overview page at Spotify.com to view your current subscription type.

On top of that, use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.
