Downloaded music dont work in offline mode

Hi, from a few days i have problem with downloaded music while the app is on offline mode. I did a clean reinstall with FAQ tutorial, logout on every device on spotify web and still it is not working. It might happen when I changed subscription from individual to family, but not sure. Hope anyone of you will know how to help
