Downloading songs

Hi everyone,

I have spotify premium on my iphone 6, I have had it for awhile now but it has been giving me problems the last month or so... First my "available offline" button has now changed to "download" button. When I turn on the "download" button my songs begin to download, I waited until all of my songs had the green arrown beside it, this includes songs that I have had when I first got spotify (why those songs arent saved anymore is weird because they used to be) after they have all downloaded my "Available offline" button still didn't come back, then when I would go offline most of my songs would go back to being grey so I can't click on them or play them. I have re downloaded all of my songs about 3 or 4 times now and nothing has changed. I have the available space on my phone as well... I would really like this fixed because since this has been happening my songs have been trying to download over and over again while I listen when I drive.. so my data bills have been huge because its constantly trying to download. Is anyone else having this problem? I dont really want to delete the app because I'm worried that all of my supposedly "not saved" music will disappear, which is pretty much most of it. Songs constantly unsaved and redownload, no solution ,no help no customer support, not to mention spotify only plays when it feels like ,sometimes songs play sometimes they don't . I'm a premium member. I'm patientlying waiting for someone to make a similar music site that actually works like it's supposed to . This site has been around for years and they still haven't worked out the simplest of bugs . Laziness,I don't know my opinion is they just don't care . If they did we wouldn't have to use this ridiculous support forum. Which by the way had no way for me to start a topic . It came up one time niw the option has disappeared and hasn't returned in months. So you tell me. Someone please start a site that works like it's supposed to. Very frustrated. Just this morning I wrestled for an hour just trying to get it to connect to Bluetooth. Finally it just decided it felt like it. Unbelievable.
